Homeland Security and the FBI raid IHOP

Toledo, Ohio - Seven IHOP locations were raided in the Toledo area. The franchise locations are all owned by the same private company, an IHOP spokesperson confirms. Homeland Security and the FBI are involved in a joint investigation with the Toledo Police Department assisting. They have only revealed so far that it is a closed investigation. Homeland Security confirms search warrants were issued for various IHOP locations.
